Draw Tenant Inc. (“Draw Tenant”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information through drawtenant.com. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. Turnstile may process technical data such as your IP address. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our website uses essential cookies required for it to function, and may use analytics cookies as described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Service providers and storage
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Information you submit may be stored on servers located outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We only work with providers that maintain reasonable security practices.

Retention
We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then delete them.

Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. To make a request, contact us at hello@drawtenant.com. We will respond within 30 days.
